The new Impreza WRX concept expresses a far more mature design philosophy compared to previous generations, that looked too dull or utilitarian for many.
With this new design language, the Impreza should appear far more appealing among a boarder audience. The concept is finished with the original WR Blue paint, coupled with florescent lime brake calipers, biting on drilled rotors, and a set of lime WRX badges. The ride sits on 20″ wheels dressed with slicks.
Unfortunately there are no news about the drivetrain but rumors speculate that a modified version of the engine powering Subaru’s XV cross-over will be used.
Any thoughts? Perhaps they should use this as a template for their upcoming models?
I just got this banner like a several minutes ago for the National Raceday taking place ‘tomorrow’ at the Dubai Autodrome.
It can be a nice spot for us to chill and have a little chat about this community and perhaps even meeting a few new faces?
The race will start in the morning but we can be there during the afternoon to check out the second run right after their lunch break.
Those going there will park at the paddock area so it will be easy to find and spot our members.
Looks like the Lamborghini Veneo was inspired from a 1991 Japanese Anime. Can you tell us what is the name of that anime? Plus, do you think automotive design is a bit restricted, uncreative and uninspiring nowadays?
It was awesome seeing all those cars laying around. We went there to show everybody that we are here and we are growing!! I barely managed to snap photos this time but this is what was salvaged from the day. Some shots of our convoy along with some of the funky stuff we found at MME..
Thank you for those who managed to make it to the event; especially those who drove all the way from AD.. From now on we will working on making life easier for our Abu Dhabi members. Also, it was nice to meet some of the new faces and members there!
